As it is a limited edition private publication, this book will not be generally available in bookshops.

If ordering directly from the authors, the postage and packing costs per book are as follows:

UK: Ł3 (Second class post)

Europe: Ł4.90 (airmail)

Rest of the World: Ł8.60

If you require more than one copy, please email for revised postage costs.

We can accept the following forms of payment:

Cheque in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank
Postal order in pounds sterling
Cash in pounds sterling preferably by registered mail (sent well disguised and at senders risk)
Or using your credit or debit card using PayPal
